An additional check in can help reassure, reset if needed, and inspire confidence in your own abilities. Alternatively it can help to recognise when additional help is needed either through further coaching sessions or through other health professionals.

I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
For your convenience, all sessions are held online, and I’ll do my best to accommodate changes where possible. Thank you for respecting this policy — it helps me keep my schedule fair for all clients.

While I don't diagnose or treat medical conditions, I work collaboratively with your healthcare providers to support your overall well-being.

I don’t offer rigid meal plans, because what works for one person often doesn’t work for another — trust me, I know from living with chronic health issues! In fact many of my clients come to me with diagnosed health conditions such as IBS, food allergies or histamine issues and may be on specific diets Instead, I provide recipes, meal ideas, and practical tips tailored to your lifestyle and goals, so you can build sustainable eating habits that feel doable, enjoyable and nourishing.

Yes, I hold a BTEC Diploma in Professional Health & Nutrition Coaching. I am also in my final year of study in Nutritional Science and Therapeutics at IINH. I have a BA in Spa & Wellness Management, a degree with a strong focus on diet and nutrition, and I’ve been fascinated by health and wellbeing for as long as I can remember.
I qualified as a Kinesiologist in 2005 and ran a busy clinic specialising in digestive and emotional health in Mullingar for over 12 years. I bring this experience along with my yoga, breathwork, massage and myofascial release training to my coaching sessions and wellness events.
